By creating this wonderfully warm and welcoming
'Petit Auberge' with the walls of the citadelle fortified by vauban, Heather
Skipper has realised her childhood dream. A British woman she has learnt her trade working for rich and famous clients on the Côte D'Azur (South of France).
Today in her own restaurant she rejuvenates traditional Catalan cooking with creativity and personality using the best local produce. A great
success!
