"Les Coups de Coeur" two years running from Le Bottin Gourmand

Once again this year and during their gourmet adventures, Bottin Gourmand readers and testers have been particularly impressed by a small number of restaurants. These establishments possess a chef of special note in an enchanting environment or an atmosphere unlike any other to bring great pleasure and enjoyment to the dining experience.

These restaurants are indicated with a 'Coup de Coeur'

By creating this wonderfully warm and welcoming 'Petit Auberge' with the walls of the citadelle fortified by vauban, Heather Skipper has realised her childhood dream. A British woman she has learnt her trade working for rich and famous clients on the Côte D'Azur (South of France). Today in her own restaurant she rejuvenates traditional Catalan cooking with creativity and personality using the best local produce. A great success!
